A lot of smart people. Top tier customers. People tend toward a seeking a positive result for the customer and company versus their own advancement. Family feel. Lots of care for co-workers.
Cons
Growing too fast without establishing processes and infrastructure to handle the growth - too many manual tasks. Limited benefits. Located in the middle of suburbia. Taking on more work than can be accomplished with the resources available is causing a lot of last minute resource shuffling.. Wearing out employees. Office is getting cramped.
