      Growing company in a sold and constant industry.

      Cons

      Organization non-existent. Resistant to technology, pen and paper or verbal used over computers. On a personal aspect I do not work well or fit in with the other employees. I work and fit in much better at previous larger corporations.

      Fantastic team to work with; great schedule! Exciting work! Plenty of opportunities to present capabilities and make valuable impact on high-visibility projects.

      Cons

      A lot of changes and constant growth can be difficult to keep up with at times. Health insurance could be much better.
