Pros

Marquette Management is a very good company to work for. They have very nice properties and they are able to keep them well maintained. The company culture is driven from the bottom up. Site managers are treated with respect and opinions are always welcome.

Cons

The regional managers are sometimes spread thin. With a heavy work load the regional managers do not have enough time to spend visiting the properties.

Healthy work/life balance strongly encouraged and supported. Generous PTO and paid holiday offerings. Overall, an exceptional workplace and the best company I have had the opportunity to work for!

None as of now have been absent since they acquired this property.

Cons

Not been able to speak to anyone have not had hot water in kitchen and no air conditioning all of June.
