Pros

The company is really focused on the well being of their employees. They have an open door policy. They have great benefits and their raises are normally reasonable.

Cons

Corporate is very one sided. They claim to be employee focused but the only way that happens is if your in Management. If your part of the smaller fish your word means nothing. They claim to have an "open door" policy but whenever an issue arises they make you feel like a fool for even addressing any issues to begin with.

Healthy work/life balance strongly encouraged and supported. Generous PTO and paid holiday offerings. Overall, an exceptional workplace and the best company I have had the opportunity to work for!

Cons

Not been able to speak to anyone have not had hot water in kitchen and no air conditioning all of June.
