Supportive culture with flexible scheduling - Graduate Assistant Marquette University Employee Review

Mission driven, student focussed and solid leadership. No place is perfect but MU is definitely a place people can grow. I like that it's a medium size campus; small enough to navigate more easily, large enough that you don't know everyone and their brother. Parking on campus is cheaper at MU than UWM. All employees get 2 retreat days to use each year, in addition to their regular vacation days.

Being a PWI (for both students and staff), so I miss seeing diversity. At the same time, MU truly does do their best to celebrate different cultures and support S/POCs.
