No room for growth thanks to micromanagement - Project Manager Marrina Decisions Employee Review

As a woman starting off my career, I have been extremely lucky to start with Marrina Decisions The first thing I noticed when I started here beside the world-class culture, being a (global company ) is that there are many women in management and leadership positions here in US and also in other countries. I really appreciate and it's inspiring! Leadership is aware there are areas of opportunity and work to improve and you are not stuck in one role if you do not want to. The culture really fosters and encourages growth within the company and I don't know how it can get any better than that.

None I can think of.

Just that you get paid.

1. Micromanagement: You cant or have a say in anything. You would actually reduce down to a Robot. 2. Poor Leadership 3. One person manages everything and that person is not capable at all. 4. No work-life balance 5. For the delivery team, they count number of hours, but they ignore if the team is over booked. 6. They lay off people just before their incentives are due, it has been a pattern. There are frequent lay offs with no notice. 7. No help or support or growth plan. Till now my manager has never discussed anything about what can I achieve if I deliver as expected. Overall, it is a sad place, very toxic. If you have or you can find a better opportunity please don't even appear of an interview.
