It's a job. Huge company. Access to tons of hotel discounts.
Cons
Marriott has completely turned on Starwood employees since the acquisition. Everyone is getting fired as of April and has to reapply for their own jobs. No guarantee they'll get them. Smaller pool of positions to choose from once 20% of them are eliminated. And of course, NO SEVERANCE. Cold hearted and reckless.
