Pros
Flexibility - I have worked on property, in a Regional Office, back on property, and now from home. It is important to treat the company you work for as your second home.
Cons
Good positions can get quite competitive. You really need to just put yourself out there and perform your best. Goals can sometimes be quite difficult to achieve. Some superiors do not share the same mentality as most upper management. I have just been lucky enough to have mentors and bosses who are supportive and share the same passion as I do. Some other colleagues are not as blessed.
