Pros

Great co-workers, smart and caring. Decent benefits and discounts at hotels.

Cons

Pay was not so great. Long hours sometimes. Management not so responsive - some employee issues were ignored and "swept under the rug" The company used to have that family like atmosphere; employees were cared for and allowed to be innovative. The IT division grew so big, server sprawl exploded and the costs spread down to the property owners. This prompted management to take a hard look at cutting costs. The end result was a massive reorganization, outsourcing and laying off hundreds of good people. There's no sense of loyalty any more.

Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
