This is a terrible company to work for. The pay is terrible and there is absolutely no room for growth in the company. You will be taking calls for years. I left this company after 2 months. You can tell this is a lazy company who does not care about its employees. When you walk in everyone looks like they just rolled out of bed. People dress like bums in this company. If you are looking for a professional type of job I would not work here. If your looking for a job where you can show up looking like you just got out of bed, then this is the job for you!!! This job was so unprofessional, I wouldn’t even bother to add it onto my resume or bring it up in an interview!

Cafeteria offers good food for a low price. Marriott discounts at other hotels

The favoritism of employees is backed by corporate. If someone has been working here longer than you, they get to pick and choose what shifts they want. If there is an open shift they also first get to choose whether they want it or not. Lastly if there are cuts, they get to choose if they want to stay or leave before others. The favoritism doesnt stop there. The managers also make them do less sidework, and give them good sections where as new employees are the bottom of the barrel in all aspects. Honestly horrible experience. They dont care about your well being either. Im scheduled opening and closing shifts consecutively which means I get under 4 hours of sleep between shifts. Sleep deprivation is not a joke; do not recommend.
