Pros

Great discount for employees, employee friends/families.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Most Marriott Brands are ran by different hospitality group's that differ from properties. Management is often only about themselves and the money they can make without sharing promotions and rewards with employees. If you mess up its a big deal, if you do good its less recognized.

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
