      Pros

      Overall a great company to begin your career. If you are willing to relocate can grow very rapidly with this company. Good benefits, great co-workers, great facilities.

      Cons

      If you are in a small market and not open to relocation there is very little room for growth. Hotel positions can very greatly by each hotel based off of the General Manager and Director of HR at each specific property.

      Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
