      Pros

      Huge company, strong brands. This used to be a great place to work. But between the layoffs and the shift to less people but more work that greatness is lost.

      Cons

      2 rounds of layoffs in the past 10 years and the 3rd will be here soon.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
