Great people to work with, research rich organization, a leader in the confectionery business, has the feel of a smaller company even though it's part of the massive Mars organization.
Cons
Certain departments are staffed with long term employees who are comfortable in their roles therefore the opportunity for mobility and role changes/promotions can be limited.
