      Pros

      Who doesn't like selling products that they love and can fully support? What an awesome experience to represent brands that you can be proud to put on a shirt and walk outside. Also, there is room for growth both personally and professionally. The people here are fantastic!!! You want find another group of diverse people that want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Although there is room for growth, Associate development is an opportunity that we are leaning into as I type. It's great that our Leadership see the importance of focusing on the future of our Organization, our Associates.

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
