Pros
Great compensation and benefits. Open office working environment was very productive. It was nice working for a private company where the stock price is not the constant worry.
Cons
Too many reorganizations. The company can't figure out a organization structure that lasts more than a year. It's very tiring. It's a very political place to work. Things can change for someone very quickly depending on who likes you and who doesn't. "Hero to zero" is a very common expression in the company.
