Pros

- Prestigious clients - International opportunities - Some nice people

Cons

Where to begin... The whole culture is completely toxic, and not a place any graduate should start their career. Many people join but then feel obliged to stay 1- 1.5 years for their cv and have to put up with absolutely vile behaviour in the meantime. Dont fall into the trap!!! Management are allowed to behave and say whatever they feel like - screaming fits were not uncommon, and below the belt, rude comments were a daily occurance. Given the office is so small, this behaviour dominates the atmosphere and overall makes it a pretty nasty place to work. The firm's 'no hire-in' policy cultivates bad practice like this, as bad behaviour is not properly challenged because it would take 3+ years to train someone up to an equivalent senior management position. Other more minor points - Bonuses are not paid until after approx 3 years of work. In an office with so few people, everyone from juniors to senior management is pulling their weight and working long hours, and that should be acknowledged in some way before the 3 year point. It's an outdated way of doing things, and indicative of how little the company values its junior employees. - Lacks innovation, feels very stale. - Cost cutting mentality despite big revenue projects - old, depressing office interior not updated since the 80s/90s.
