Pros
-Some genuinely interesting work sometimes -Potential for international exposure -There's some people who are great people, but a lot of the good ones leave, but often to interesting opportunities
Cons
-lacks strong culture or identity, more of a collection of smart people who turnover frequently -extremely cheap with things like expenses, just a signal/indicator of not investing in it's people or culture, so most employees aren't invested in the firm, just there for as long as they need to build resume or whatever and then they leave
