Pros
-At Mars and Co, the customer list is outstanding. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in the world. -The employees at Mars are incredibly intelligent, with most of the highly competent consultants hailing from top-tier universities -Less travel than at competitive firms
Cons
-Little / no formal training, which leads to a chaotic, learn-on-the-job environment (I actually learned a lot, very quickly as a result, so not as negative as it sounds) -This is a very lean organization, which means there is little money spent on the well-being of the employees -No visibility into project pipeline
