Pros
Challenging work environment. Will learn a lot about how to analyze quantitative issues, and sometimes will get client exposure. Compensation at each level is on par with most top consulting firms.
Cons
You can get stuck in the same position at Mars & Co if you get switched from project manager to project manager. Best option is to work with one project manager and develop a repertoire with him and get promoted, else it will take you a long time to get promoted even if you have good reviews. Majority of projects are similar, can get stuck on one type of project for a long time.
