Horrible Management - Benefits Specialist Marsh Employee Review

Training for the position was horrible. I was not provided with the necessary log in credentials for certain systems and then scolded for it after making management aware of my issue. Winnie Fountain who is the manager of the service center is not approachable and would create issues rather than help solve them. Working with someone like her was like walking on eggshells the whole time I was there.
