      Lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Great exposure to different technologies and projects.

      Cons

      Structure, for a big company it had very little structure. As in professional development, no clear ways to progress. On boarding is messy and confusing and left to figure it out alone. Management doesn’t help guide professional development or projects.
