      Team is lean so, tons of opportunities to make an impact. Pay and cash bonuses are very generous. Software engineers are ex FAANG and very talented, always an opportunity to learn and improve. Quantitative team is rapidly growing and tons of development happening. Culture is very unique and relaxed.
