Pros
The managers are very understanding. If something happened personally or medically, they were happy to move shifts around. I can not speak on having a career at Marshalls or the benefits, but I can say it is good job if you need seasonal work.
Cons
Some of the customers are not very kind, and you will not have incentive of getting tips like you would in the service industry.
