      Pros

      The employee discount is nice, and most coworkers are friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling can be flexible for part time associates and you get the chance to build strong customer service and retail skills.

      Cons

      Poor and hostile management. They are unorganized, uncommunicative, and dismissive of associates input. It makes the job unnecessarily stressful.
