Good selections with discounted brand name stuff, Going into it seems like a fun place to work, Seasonal parties with free food and giveaways
Cons
Consistently understaffed, Management doesn't hear you out, They refuse to give you extra help in certain areas of the store, even on the busiest days (in part because of under staffing). They do literally nothing to deter theft and and then cut hours if they don't meet sales goals
