Pros
Marshalls offered a friendly and busy environment. Teamwork and knowledge of brands and departments is encouraged. The opportunity for learning new tasks and departmental roles are constant.
Cons
Management communication was sparse. The goals of Management (store inspection reviews, pushing credit card applications, increasing sales numbers) were so broad, I didn't to have any connection to accomplishing them. Turnover at the management level was also high. I felt like I contributed to the company cause, but I was not engaged or excited about working here.
