Pros
If management is good, the work is good. It's not difficult. They reward you for doing things for loss prevention. Management also brings in treats for associates.
Cons
Only a 10% discount. Depending on the manager, scheduling can be very inflexible. Hours also drop significantly during some portions of the year and then spike during others. At high points, as a PT worker, I would get up to 25 hours sometimes, but then at drops, it's possible to only get 4.5 hours in a week. Even in low periods, you must still maintain a flexible schedule.
