Depends on your district manager, my previous two were amazing, they cared about you first and then spoke about work, and the last nothing was good enough. I busted my butt for fives years with the company. And left with a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth! Pay is decent for mgmt. and I did love my job until the leadership changed
