Stressful and often unorganized - Sales Associate Marshalls Employee Review

Always busy and often understaffed. Management is very concerned with company policy and don't listen to employee input. Usually I got stuck doing one monotonous task for my whole shift. I would get stuck on register all day or assigned a larger department than everyone else, and when I asked why I was always told it was because I was the "best" at it.
