Great coworkers. Diverse patient population

Cons

ICU is poorly utilized at times due to lack of trust by doctors for care on lower acuity units. Lots of floating to med surg. Overfilled with step down patients

I enjoyed the people I worked with a lot. Everyone was helpful, if needed. It was a great team.

Cons

The organization made some decisions that ultimately adversely impacted staff in multiple ways. In looking to expand, they failed to consider their existing staff.
