The technology leadership was very open to suggestions and criticism. It was a very welcoming and inclusive environment.

Cons

Simply because of the sheer size, it was very slow-moving, so that took a toll on enthusiasm occasionally.

I enjoyed the people I worked with a lot. Everyone was helpful, if needed. It was a great team.

Cons

The organization made some decisions that ultimately adversely impacted staff in multiple ways. In looking to expand, they failed to consider their existing staff.
