Pros

Performance based advancement, decentralized operations... authority each terminal has and ability of its leaders to implement and develop the best procedures and guidlines to produce highest operational returns.

Cons

Turnover rate is horrible for office employees. Extremely horrible atmosphere and employee moral, high stress, poor department communication which increases these issues (ex. Sales makes promises or accepts freight that is operationally impossible, instead of taking the time and due diligence to speak with Ops and determine capacity based off the markets personnel and asset capabilities for that day/week/etc... leads to strain on customer relations and internal office atmosphere)

Full 48hrs off a week, good miles, great support, onsite 24hr mechanic and tire shop, showers, close to all needs.

Cons

4mos in none in sight.

Pros

Good office camaraderie, regular PTO available for long term employees if you stay there long enough, good overall structure in place to deal with most common trucking company/industry issues.

Cons

Management has a tendency to nitpick issues. Everything is goal and growth oriented as a public company so you're always expected to do more with less. During the current trucking market they keep looking for new ways to trim the fat. This was the first year they didn't provide company calendars to employees, and got rid of the yearly floating PTO day as well. 401k contributions also diminished. There were also blatant sexist/transphobic/homophobic remarks made nearly daily and nothing was ever done about it.
