Pros

Hometime, new truck, and easy work

Cons

Guaranteed isn't truly guaranteed every week it's a fight to get the minimum to qualify for the $1100 it was originally 5 loads in 5 days dispatch automatically gives you what they want you to have now its 7 loads in 5 days if you want holiday pay now you have to work every scheduled work day plus take an additional day ( a off day) to qualify now which is crazy during COVID there was no automatic pay in order to get additional pay you to work an additional shift on friday or Saturday so the drivers who were already scheduled to work those days never had the opportunity to make extra and it only lasted for a month but Walmart Drivers still today have recieving COVID pay and we do the same exact work and job and pay 30k less than them

Pros

Good office camaraderie, regular PTO available for long term employees if you stay there long enough, good overall structure in place to deal with most common trucking company/industry issues.

Cons

Management has a tendency to nitpick issues. Everything is goal and growth oriented as a public company so you're always expected to do more with less. During the current trucking market they keep looking for new ways to trim the fat. This was the first year they didn't provide company calendars to employees, and got rid of the yearly floating PTO day as well. 401k contributions also diminished. There were also blatant sexist/transphobic/homophobic remarks made nearly daily and nothing was ever done about it.
