Pros

Great portfolio, fun culture, family run, good work life balance. Strong presence in market.

Cons

Company is Creating diversity in management but many people in management positions simply to fulfill friendships. Sales reps are limited in growth even though they want sales to grow. Sales reps who lose business are compensated to make up for losses yet sales reps who grow their business aren't rewarded nor are assisted when their sales are down.
