Pros

Great experience working u see pressure with deadlines, and the job is very hands on. It is great because not only do you design something, but you also print and carry it through to the end so it is ready for the customer

Cons

There is a busy season and a slow season, which I guess there is in many industries. I didn't think there was much room to move up while staying within graphic design
