- Great work to life balance - Stable company - some divisions you are part of a union and have a vested pension after 5 years

Cons

- Not much room for growth - Because of the union contracts older sales reps do not lose accounts even if they aren't performing - Hard work and growth is often not rewarded - No cash incentives
