Growth for sales people, lots of incentives to earn commissions and bonuses

Cons

If you are not sales…HAH…GOOD LUCK! Many of the corporate leaders are JOKE. Little bonuses and changes in pay, unprofessional managers, no management training, and several understaffed departments with BAD leaders
