The company is very generous when it comes to benefits and incentives.

Cons

The management's generosity will never compensate for the horribly toxic work environment employees have to work in. Most of the managers here are biased, and they favor specific employees when it comes to promotion and salary raises. These awful people do not care about your hard work. They just care if you'll let them abuse and manipulate you.
