Terrible and toxic work enviorment. - Ware House Worker Martignetti Employee Review

Ive worked with this company for two maybe three years. They chose favorites there alot. They did alot of lay offs and screwed people over to "getting into the list" ive had people that was former workers there say that the managment wasnt organized and was scrambling. They treat the people there that wasnt in the circle of friends with the management like trash. And they had three different unions where all three union reps had favorites and would choose them. This company had soo many problems management wise all the way to HR. HR even chose favorites they would do you dirty if they didnt know you as well as the favorite ones there. Im so glad i got out of this place i wouldnt recommend thia job to anyone. There is better unions and better reps out there then those guys.
