The the best with benefits and do not observe all federal or state holidays.

There is a lot of longevity, but at a cost. A lot of employees are set in their ways. There is lavish spending on some things that probably should be denied or cut, but those long-timers get what they want, at the expense of the bottom line. It could really be a great place to work, but there is so much unnecessary spending and waste that has created serious stress and issues.

Not a good place for women to work. It's better than it was, but still not good. The owner has great intentions, but does not listen to the consultants he hired to help him.
