Not very inclusive or open to new ideas. No interest in improving the company culture. This is an old school culture that is falling on the wrong side of history and recent management decisions are just making it worse. You are welcome and respected as long as you look like everyone else in leadership and have an MBA. This is a company built on the back of hard workers who they are now forgetting about as they chase a stronger bottom line and shareholder return. Whatever gets bigger bonuses for those at the top.
