      Pros

      Low cost breakfast (all you can eat for $2). Nice showers in Gym. Parking in the shade in lower levels of parking structure, or under solar panels.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care if they kill the employees, only looking for short term gains. Work load increases each year (not replacing people that left), while compensation decreases each year.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
