Business Outlook
Pros
People are generally friendly; Good work environment; Most Engineers are nice to work with. Work life balance is generally true. Good cafeteria; Lunch and dinner are provided with very reasonable price. Good facilities. Gym on campus is not bad.
Cons
Salary is below market average. Low bonus (if you don't work at the key BU). Less training programs for junior engineers. Less growth. Market is shrinking; Good engineers are leaving; These days a lot engineers left are either juniors or seniors but not really technically strong.
