      Marvell encourages professional growth and strives to improve the workplace. Executive management is full of natural leaders with strong business instincts. The company is growing, and with the addition of Cavium the future couldn’t look brighter.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
