Cons
The founding executives tend to be autocratic in their management of the company as is often the case with leadership styles of asian cultures. The Board has not always been as independent as it should have which has led to some serious oversights and missteps. The company does a poor job of creating opportunities for career growth and laterial movement. Marvell is very engineering driven which leads to a lack of focus on other aspects of the business. Bring your families to the office with you on Saturdays and Sundays so you can work.
