Pros

- good cafeteria - decent gym, flexible lunch hours - annual company picnic is usually at a big amusement park - not many formal processes so sometimes feel like a startup

Cons

- lack of career development. - upper management does not communicate their vision for the company - very little inter-team cooperation leading to failure - unbalanced work loads between teams as some are over-staffed while others are under-staffed - opaque bonus process - salary is usually below market rate

So, engineers can adapt to future needs of the industry.
