Like many large complex companies, fiefdoms and silos exist, making it difficult at times to execute cross-functional tasks.

I worked with highly talented engineers on challenging projects and learned a great deal about embedded systems and software development. The engineering culture encouraged collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, making it an excellent place to grow professionally.

As with many large organizations, some processes and decision-making could be slow, and cross-team coordination occasionally added delays to project execution.
