Pros
Like any other job, it is what you make of it. Marvell is full of passionate, hard working friendly co-workers that makes working in a highly stressful environment tolerable. If you are lucky you'll get an amazing manager who can lead the team & you'll work with many cross functional team members that will help develop your skills along the way. However if you need a 8-5 kind of a job & can't handle night time meetings then this is not the company for you. It is up to you to interview the team and figure out if the risk is worth it.
Cons
Zero work life balance. With the current supply challenges and constant buying /restructuring with no additional support, good people are quitting. Middle management creating more redundant work in an already over stressed environment.
