Business Outlook
Pros
Talented and smart engineering groups. Innovative technology. Recovery weekends given by CEO on quarterly basis. Benefit plans are solid.
Cons
CEO tries hard to make a great culture for all employees. Unfortunately most of the management team does not lead by example and the culture is broken throughout the organization and across business units. Marvell has a very high attrition rate and I have lost lots of friends throughout the years due to the inconsistent message from the CEO not being held throughout the organization.
